Hi there! I’m Kaitlyn. I’m a Social Media Marketing Specialist working in the greater Phoenix area. I’ve worked in Social Media in some capacity for the past six years. I started working in Social Customer Care and was then promoted to the Marketing Team at my company.
Work
I'm a member of the Organic Social Media Team at Tuft & Needle, a digitally native mattress company.
I create and publish content for our social media platforms across four brands; Tuft & Needle, Serta, Beautyrest, and Simmons.

Volunteer work
In addition to my professional experience, I was appointed the Head of Media for the Ice Denettes Synchronized Skating program in Chandler, AZ. I create content for social media posts, grow their following, and spread awareness about their organization.
I was also a previous volunteer for Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary, a senior dog rescue located in Scottsdale, AZ. I wrote social media copy, updated Instagram posts, and planned content for events and fundraisers.
