I’m a social media marketing professional and current member of the Organic Social Media Team at Serta Simmons Bedding, where I develop, create, and publish social media content for four nationally recognized brands: Tuft & Needle, Serta, Beautyrest, and Simmons.

With nearly ten years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, organic social media, community management, content creation, and digital marketing, I bring a strategic and creative approach to building brand awareness, engaging digital communities, and telling compelling brand stories across social platforms.

My career began in social customer care, where I developed a strong understanding of online community engagement and customer experience before transitioning into marketing. Today, my experience spans social media strategy, content development, social publishing, community management, social media analytics, SEO and AEO-informed content, and paid social media support. I also have experience using Meta Business Suite and Meta’s advertising tools, including social media ad boosting, to help extend the reach and visibility of social content.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Delaware and a Digital Marketing Professional Certificate from San Diego State University, combining a foundation in journalism and storytelling with formal training in modern digital marketing.

Beyond my professional experience, I’ve spent the past six years volunteering with local organizations to strengthen their social media presence, digital marketing efforts, and online communities.
